Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

The return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are +- 30 AUD per package.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To make use of this right, please contact us at info@velure-melbourne.com We will refund the full order amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received in good condition.
