What is the delivery time for my order?

When you place an order with Velure-Melbourne, the delivery time may be a little different from what you're used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we're able to save significantly on storage and transport costs.

This allows us to offer our products at highly competitive prices.

The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?

Due to high demand for our products, it's possible that your order might take a bit longer to arrive than expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If the estimated delivery window has passed and you still haven’t received anything, feel free to email us at info@velure-melbourne.com, and we’ll look into it for you right away.

I want to return or exchange my order — how do I do that?

To return a product, simply contact our customer service team at info@velure-melbourne.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000 from your confirmation email), and your reason for returning the item.

We’ll then provide you with the return address and confirm your return. Once confirmed, you can send the item back to us using any courier of your choice.
